Alison's room

We have a room available in our lovely large heritage house in South Jubilee, and we are looking for a mature and responsible person to join the four of us! The room is available on September 1st. The house has easy access to major bus routes and a great list of amenities included such as in-suite laundry, a large bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, lots of common space, hardwood floors, endless hot water, a large backyard and garden, and a locked shed. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. We are looking for a roommate that is interested in a communal living arrangement that would involve sharing food, utilities, cooking duties, and chores. Sorry, no pets, smoking, or strong scents due to allergies. Rent is $750/month. Along with rent, a monthly living expense is $350/month/person which includes all of your food, utilities, and all other household supplies. COVID-19: Initial interviews will be done via Zoom and a second meet-greet and tour of the house if you are a good fit.

We are a group of students and young professionals. We are LGBTQ2+ and Poly friendly, sex-positive, and striving for open and honest communication. Our diets are fairly healthy, including meat (but often vegetarian or fish), we do like treats on occasion. We enjoy guests and social gatherings (pre- & post-COVID), but we also enjoy getting a good night’s sleep. We’re not perfect, but we live by the idea of always wanting to grow and to improve.
