Jill's room

I’m looking for a roommate to move in either on Aug 1st or Aug 15th, 2021. The rent is $750 and includes, heat, hydro, water, cable, Netflix, Apple TV, Crave TV and high speed internet. I have a 55“ TV but if you have your own TV for your bedroom Telus will install an additional cable box/PVR in the second bedroom. The bedroom has a desk, lamp and a chair in it and will accommodate a full or double bed. I maybe able to get a bed to put in the room at the end of July. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen has an apartment sized fridge and stove, a microwave and a kettle. It is fully stocked pots, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and glasses but if you are a coffee drinker we will need to get a coffee pot. I will be buying a toaster for the kitchen. I prefer to live with another student either a UVIc Undergrad/Grad Student or Camosun Student because quiet is needed for both of us to study. I prefer to live with another female or with someone who self identifies as female or who is non-binary. I am a LGBTQP2S ally. The apartment is in the heart of Quadra Village with Fairway Market, the pharmacy & liquor store across the street. Excellent restaurants, take out places and a pub are all within walking distance and Camosun College (Landsdowne Campus) the UVic Campus are a short bus ride, car ride or bike ride away. Parking is available for an extra $20 per month or there is on street parking in front of the building. There is laundry on site, it is $2.25 per wash & $2.50 per dry and there is also a laundry mat within walking distance. I will provide more photos upon request. I’m sorry but I can’t accommodate a couple. I hope to hear from my future roommate soon!

I’m a full time mature Indigenous UVic Student in my last year at UVic- I’m studying Anthropology. I study and read a lot but I also enjoy cooking, watching movies, and following current events. I do smoke, but I smoke outside the apartment building.
