ABOUT THE UNIT: Hi there! I’m looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to occupy the fully furnished 2nd bedroom in the condo I’m also living in. You would have your own bathroom too. The condo unit has an in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A/C and heat, TV (with Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video). I have kitchen appliances, pans/dishes/utensils, and a coffee machine that we can share. The whole unit faces south and gets lots of sunlight. The building has various amenities: two gyms, party rooms, full-length pool, hot tubs, sauna, half basketball court, library nook, pool tables and foosball tables, bbq area. No smoking or pets, please.

LEASE TERMS: The roommate will sign a new 6 month contract starting September 1st 2021. Rent will be paid to me (landlord/roommate)

Hi! My name is Erika, I’m a 26-year-old, female science graduate student at U of T. I am the owner of the unit and am currently living in the master bedroom. I’m originally from Vancouver and moved to Toronto 3 years ago for school. In my free time, I like playing tennis, yoga, rewatching The Office and Brooklyn Nine Nine, sewing, and taking care of my houseplants. I’m pretty introverted, quiet, and chill. I generally keep to myself but would also love to hang out and chat with my roommate. I’m clean and tidy and would like a roommate who is also clean.
