I am a female private teacher had a 200 sqft private furnished room with a private bathroom in a high-rise building , in the heart of Lougheed town centre, walking distance to lougheed mall, skytrain station, Burnaby lake and close to SFU. No pets No smoking and vaping No multi living or couple No social gathering WiFi/Electricity/Hot water is included Kitchen is sharable. Leaving room is not sharable. Underground parking and bike room is available and included. Qualified applicants must have references.

I am a female private piano teacher who goes to students homes . My working hour is 3pm-9pm, Mondays-Saturdays. I need a female student or young professional.
