• No smoking
• Unfortunately no pets as one tenant will be getting a guide dog
• Two bathrooms (shower/bath upstairs, shower downstairs)

There are 2 other tenants in the house, one being a registered nurse and the other is a second year vet student at OVC. Looking for someone who is respectful and quiet, but also doesn’t mind having some fun on the weekends.
