Duran's room

It’s a 4th floor corner suit with wrap around balcony and.. you can see the ocean, bright, new paint, new carpet. Good sound barrier in the walls. Only one neighbor. Friendly people live in the building aswel.

I am a calm dude, 37, nice, clean. I work everyday. so I am looking for a similar roommate to share the rent with. (But you don’t have to work everyday) there is two cats. One is laied back and doesn’t care about anything and the other is always happy. Both are approachable and friendly. I don’t smoke weed Don’t care if you do. I have a drink once in a while. I do smoke cigarettes outside. And I’m not a big fan of allot of traffic thanks. If you want more pictures of the whole place I can send them privately.
