Urgently seeking a female grad student to live with 2 other female grad students. The location is fantastic and the place is huge. Kitchen was renovated less than 2 years ago, and the floors have been redone in most of the apartment. Windows in all the bedrooms and a nice (very) private deck off the kitchen. The living room is gorgeous, and it’s a 15 minute walk to U of T!

If you’re looking for something cheaper, we haven’t signed on the dotted line yet and we have another potential place that’s 25 mins on foot from campus for $2350. Location isn’t nearly as good but the place is big with a separate dining/living room off the kitchen and a back deck.

We’re incoming grad students, so we’re new to the city and looking for someone fun to explore with! We’re happy to grab drinks on the weekends but during the week we’ll be pretty busy with school. Respectful guests welcome–the more the merrier! One of us works and studies from home with minimal time on campus, and the other will be in and out of the house for classes/studying/lab work/etc. We’re clean and tidy in common areas and would expect the same from a potential roommate. We’re looking to sign a lease by TOMORROW NIGHT (July 22) so if you’re feeling stressed that you haven’t locked down a place, consider this your sign!
