The latter two closed due to Covid but will re-open soon. Stops for 14 and 19 bus on Charlotte and 12 and 18 on Rideau are two blocks away. The University of Ottawa and the market are a 15 minute walk away and there is grocery store 10 minutes walk away. Parking is available at reasonable cost.
