Hello, I am looking to rent out my 2 room apartment in Scarborough (Markham/Eglinton) intersection. Apartment is furnished, clean and peaceful. Close to TTC, Metro, Walmart. 10 mins away from kennedy station.
Preferable for students who go to Centennial, Lambton or Uoft. 3-4 students are welcome as well - if you are looking to share the rent.
I am looking to rent out this place for 3-4 months only. Please keep that in mind when you message me.
About the roomies
Currently, there is a family living in the apartment. they will vacate it by the end of next month. So the whole apartment will be yours. I do not mind 3-4 people living and sharing the rent as long as they can take care of the property. Students are welcome :)
