Hey guys! My friend and I are looking for a third roommate. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor in a safe neighborhood. It’s a 9 mins walking distance from the university of Ottawa and it’s located near the Rideau Center. The third room has a single bed, a dresser and there is an additional desk in the appartement. The price is 750$/ month plus hydro and wifi which makes it around 780$/month and it’s fully furnished. The lease is for 12 months (Sept 2022- Aug 2022). No smoking in the apartment!
