I am looking for a roommate to rent the spare bedroom in my home. All common areas would be shared such as kitchen, bathrooms, living room.

Home has a laundry set, and 1.5 bathrooms. Nice deck and porch to spend time on in warmer weather and plenty of storage space in the basement.

No parking is provided, street parking always available though.

Must be ok with pets in the home, there are two cats and one large size dog. Cat litter is constantly cleaned so that won’t be an issue.

Also very close to bus routes, central in the city so it is easy to get anywhere.

Rent is $700/per month, utilities included.

I am a young woman in my mid twenties looking for a great new roommate. I am clean and work full time, I like to have friends over occasionally, I don’t smoke weed or cigarettes. My last roommate turned out to be a drug addict and there was a lot if chaos so I am looking for someone easy going, respectful and clean. Not someone into hard drugs and constant partying, I like having a party here and there and friends over is fine but not a party house by any means.
