Stanley Avenue

The house is on a large corner lot in the heart of Fernwood (a block from Fernwood Inn). The yard is incredible: large with white-picket fence and flower beds in front/side yard, more grass and raised garden beds in back and a bbq. We would be roommates sharing a funky, 2nd floor suite. The available bedroom is huge (16’ x 12’) with hardwood floors and a large closet. It is furnished with a bed and couch. I’ve just posted some pictures I happened to have on my phone but will add some better pics (including some that show the room) when I get home tonight.

I’m an easy-going late-30s male. The vibe here is chill and open-minded, but I’m also tidy, respectful, and well house-broken in general. I’m unreasonably easy to get along with and don’t think I’ve had as much as a casual argument with any previous roommates. The main floor of the house is a separate suite with a lovely couple + toddler currently living there. The basement is a common area with a workshop, laundry facilities and storage space.
