Shelly's room

The bedroom is spacious with 2 closets and 2 good sized windows looking out at rhododendrons in concrete planters, then Laurel Lane and trees. Beautifully maintained suite and historic house in the heart of Rockland, 5 minute walk to Government Gardens and 2 minute walk to buses and tennis courts. Outside private patio with tasteful plantings, running concrete fountain, and BBQ. Small bird paradise.
Presently the bedroom for rent is being used as a studio, so a photo would not do it justice. It will be empty and cleaned by August 28th, but can be viewed before.

Working as a caregiver for an elderly lady part time, I also try to continue my career as a painter. I am double vaccinated and wear a mask when shopping indoors.
I am friendly, knowing all my immediate neighbours, as well as the people who rent suites in the house. Everyone is respectful and nice to chat to. Great neighbourhood to live.
