Unique roommate opportunity available in SW by Ellerslie. Flexible on move in date or length of stay as I’ve been here for four years just me and my cat. Not particular on age, sex, race etc as long as your friendly, pitch in, keep common areas clean, and respectful.

Its a 2 bed 2 bath and you would have your own bathroom. There is ensuite laundry, balcony, portable AC and all utilities are included. If you need parking it would be extra. Rent is $600 all in. I don’t have cable, but do have internet and Netflix. I do have a very friendly cat but no other pets are allowed. The room is partially furnished with a desk/pegboard and good size closet. Pictures are of an identical unit next door as currently mine is a craft room that I’m converting back to a room for a roomate.

About me, I’m a homebody, I like movies, crochet, animae, video games and am a introverted extrovert lol. Not a cleanfreak but not a slob lol. Have a kid and their partner who visit. Not a partier, or smoker, not 420 friendly, but LGBTQ friendly.
