Looking for a female roommate for this spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment. I am a female in my mid twenties, a young professional. Looking for a roommate similar to me in that they are clean, quiet and respectful with similar routines/lifestyle.

The unit is in a 6 unit building, and is newly renovated. The neighbourhood is quiet. Gas, internet, water included, but hydro will be split. Room can be furnished at added cost On-site parking available at added cost 5 minute walk to Scarborough Go Train station 5 minute walk to TTC stop
