Hello, this property is a brand new house built in 2020. It is a five bedroom home with no rooms in the basement. There is a large back yard, basement recroom , laundry , large kitchen and a chill out area. The room available is the biggest room on the 2nd of the house and has its own private bathroom. The house has 2 cats so you must be okay with cats. One cat sticks to its room the whole Time and another is a friendly kitten. The room is all inclusive including internet. It is close to many amenities including McDonald’s , Sobeys Starbucks and all major bus routes to downtown and the university. It is 5 minutes to downtown and 7 minutes to Western university and is also on the major bus route to Fanshawe college. It is truly a perfect location.

There are four other roommates in the house. They are all between the age of 22-25. 3 of them are students one at Fanshawe and two at Western university and one girl is a young professional.
