Rent is 725/m (1450/m total, split two ways), which includes water/gas/electric.

Internet is separate and 300 Mbps, which would be ~50/m if you’re comfortable splitting the cost on my current plan.

Underground parking is optional for ~100/m, there’s limited street parking, too.

Living room and kitchen are furnished and have small appliances (couch, microwave, shelves, etc), but the second bedroom is completely empty aside from a wall-mounted closet unit.

Chinook LRT station is about a 12 min walk away, and there’s a bus stop on MacLeod about a 30 second walk from the building. There’s a grocery store, a small park, and a pretty great brewery within walking distance.

I don’t own this property; just looking to find someone to lease it out with for the next year, starting Sept 1st. I’d put you in touch with the property manager of the building for the proper application once we’re good to go ahead.

Right now it’s just me (Oliver). I’m male, 25, and a recent computer science graduate looking for full-time work. I’m a nerd/student archetype; I collect Rubik’s cubes, read a lot, and program games in my free time. I don’t smoke, have people over much, or play loud music.

I do spend a lot of my free time in the apartment currently, and will occasionally be on discord calls running D&D sessions or playing games. I can be a bit chatty sometimes, but I’m pretty open to setting boundaries and rules (I mean, that’s definitely necessary if we’re sharing a bathroom).
