Hello! I am looking for someone to share my ground level suite. The place is located on a quiet street close to UFV and the Abbotsford Recreation centre. Just a 2 min drive or walk away from grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops. Also very close to a sweet little park. Internet and utilities included. We share laundry with the owners who live on the top floor. Non smoking and no pets allowed in the suite.

I am a 30 y.o women who works in the field of sustainable agriculture. I live with my boyfriend in Vancouver on the weekends and work 8:30 - 5, but like to spend time at home on weekday evenings cooking, reading or watching a movie. I’m looking for a kind, respectful, and tidy roommate who I get a long with. It would be great to share meals occasionally.
