Close to campuses, nightlife, metro station, groceries, and more thanks to central location in city. Well-stocked corner store accessible through interior of building. Walk times: 10 mins to McGill, 0-13 mins to UQAM, 21 mins to Concordia, and 40 mins bus to UdeM.
Pay-per-use laundry facilities in building. Fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, and rooftop patio (COVID permitting). Inquire about parking. No smoking or pets. Overnight guests welcome COVID permitting as long as they don’t de facto move in.
About the roomies
I’m a fourth-year undergrad studying Sustainability, Science & Society at McGill. I’m a 21-year-old straight guy from Ontario, and I speak English and am learning French. My roommate from last year is not returning and so I’m looking for someone new to split the rent for this coming year.
