Unique, private, 2 bedroom cedar wood cottage in the heart of Fairfield. Close to Government House, Moss St Market, Beacon Hill Park, Dallas Road oceanside, Cook St Village, next to bus stop, and under 20 min walk /10 min bike ride to downtown.

Shared living space include open space kitchen with dishwasher, living room and dining area, one shared bathroom with shower, washer, dryer as well as outdoor patio and garden space. Concrete floors and cedar frame/walls throughout the whole house, emitting a lovely cedar scent. Free resident off street parking.

The house is always tidy, clean and very welcoming.

The cottage is fully furnished with the exception of your bedroom. If needed, your bedroom can have the option to be fully furnished for an additional upfront fee.

Your share of the rent as listed will be 1500$ per month, all utilities included. A security deposit will be required.

As the lead tenant, I am a 36 year old single woman who works part time 3 days/ week and works from home 2 days/week. My profession is a maker and breathwork teacher for children and grown-ups.

I have a 2 year old small dog named, Roo.

I am quiet, tidy, clean, and I have a healthy, natural lifestyle. I am fond of cooking nourishing meals, I practice yoga and meditation, I garden, and love to immerse myself in textile arts such as sewing, knitting and natural dyeing. I enjoy swimming, hiking, picnics, and walks with my dog in nature. I find comfort in listening to acoustic, mellow, music.

I am known to be genuine and of warm-hearted nature. I am very independent, and have a quiet social life and don’t typically host gatherings at home. My main priority at the moment in my life is building my business.

I am fully vaccinated. I do not smoke, nor do I consume cannabis or alcohol.

I am seeking a non smoking (tobacco/cannabis) roommate to share this beautiful wood cedar cottage who will be respectful of the space, and my lifestyle. I would prefer someone with a complementary temperament and lifestyle as to create harmony in the home.

No additional pets allowed than existing pet, per landlord agreement.
