About the room
Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in October. Looking for someone who would want to live in a clean, friendly apartment :)!
The apartment is located walking distance to Atwater Metro in Westmount, and walking distance to Greene Avenue. Very close to St.Catherine Street where you can find shops, grocery stores and entertainment, but also located in a residential neighbourhood with access to lots of parks and green space.
The apartment is really bright with big windows and high ceilings. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms that are very far apart from each other so you won’t be bothered by any noise! Both, the bathroom and the kitchen are renovated! Includes washing machine and dryer. Feel free to add your touch to the apartment :D!
The room is unfurnished, next to the bathroom, with 3 big windows. The monthly rent is $670, not including wifi and hydro (wifi is 21$/person and hydro is 30-60$/person depending on the season).

About the roomies
You’d be sharing the apartment with 2 roomies (guy and girl mid 20s, working full time). They enjoy playing sports and hanging out with their friends but also enjoy cooking and chilling at the apartment :)
