Large clean private bedroom. Clean shared washroom. Brand new kitchen (April 2021) bathroom updated 2018. Laundry on site. Cute backyard area with umbrella, BBQ, fireplace and conversation set. Room can be furnished with a bed and side table if required! You can also provide your own bed. I am very OCD clean. House rules must be signed and adhered too. Room checks once a month. Must be clean.

I own the home and reside here with my husband and child. I work full time from home, my husband works full time outside of the home. My child is in daycare 5 days a week. We have a 1yr old non shedding hypoallergenic havapoo named Chloe who is very much apart of our family. We travel as much as possible. We are a very clean household, overly healthy, active lifestyle, and very goal orientated. We do not drink, use drugs or smoke. However am very 420 friendly and vape (non nicotine). Flower must be smoked outside. Would like to rent to someone who shares these ideals. I appreciate my privacy and respect yours. I expect you to clean up after yourself and leave shared areas as they were found or cleaner. Quiet students are more than welcome.
