I am looking for a female to take over my lease. I am staying in a 2 bedroom condo in downtown and need to relocate. Looking for someone who is clean and with a good credit score to assign my half of the lease to. Building is new with a lot of features and amenities. Outdoor pool, gym, internet lounge, party room and 24hr security. If parking is not needed you can rent it out to lower rental costs. My move out date is flexible.
