Looking for another young professional to share my home.

Private bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs. It’s all unfurnished. I do need to walk through quickly to access a basement freezer every other day, otherwise it’s total privacy. Approximately 1000 square feet.

Smoking of anything is 100% outside only, not in the house.

I am a 36 year old female shift worker, coming and going at odd hours. What this means is unfortunately you may hear me walking around overhead at 3am. And when I am on nights I need to have quiet to sleep during the day… looking for someone who can respect that. I have two very friendly dogs who can be kept out of the basement at all times if requested.
