I have a small, partially furnished room for rent in a two-bedroom ground floor apartment in the Stirling/Mill area. The apartment has no extra storage space, so the room is not suitable for someone with a lot of furniture. There is a twin-sized bed-frame with no mattress, bring your own. You can replace the dresser and end table with your own, if you wish. I am looking for a quiet, mature person who is a non-smoker, though I may consider a quiet student. Must be cat tolerant. Parking extra. You can park your bicycle in the apartment.

I am a retired senior who cycles and has a cat. I am tolerant and easy to get along with.
