I have a room available in Prairie Point near by Bridgewater Trail. It is the new built Luxury townhouse style condo near the U of M (University of Manitoba) and MITT (Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology). The room is a mater bedroom with private 4 pc bathroom and two big-size closets. Kitchen, washer, and dryer will be shared with 2 other people living in the house. The pictures speak for themselves. The house is 5.6 km to the U of M and 6 km to MITT. Both are within 10-minute driving distance from the house. Bus stop (#62022) locates within 10-minute walking distance. The accommodation is very CLEAN and QUITE, and the room is furnished with double-size memory form mattress bed, study desk, chair, two closets, and luxury bathroom furniture. The room is professionally cleaned up (carpets are shampooed and rinsed) and available immediately.

Single occupancy only. Female student and professional preferred. I am looking for a mature and respectful tenant that values cleanliness, hygiene, and will abide by the rules of the house, such as no drug, no party, no overnight guest, no smoking, no pet, and etc.

Rent per month is $650 (parking lot included, deposit: $325). Utilities (water and hydro) and internet (Fibre 300) will be split by 3 people (you and 2 people living in the house).
