Ish's room

It is a full basement apartment in a 3 bedroom townhouse. It is not furnished. And laundry would be shared. There is only one entrance through the the front door. The only thing it does not have is a stove. There is a kitchen and fridge. I prefer someone who is clean & pet friendly. I don’t mind smoking inside as long as it’s not cigarettes. You would have the whole 1 bedroom basement to yourself. We can arrange a laundry schedule so I wouldn’t be in your space all the time! Working person preferred.
