The apartment is nestled in one of Montreal’s peaceful and quaint neighborhoods. Located in the Ville-Marie area near Frontenac Metro, this apartment certainly holds a lot of character and a positive energy. The house has a living room with a projector setup and a bunch of cozy sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. Has unlimited access to the internet and heating is also included in the rent. 3 minutes walk to Metro Frontenac, closest Depanneur is not even a minute away. Bus stops are close by too. Bus # 125 goes to Downtown every 7 minutes. Gyms such as Econofitness and Bloc Shop are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Smoking is allowed but only outside in the balcony. I don’t have any pets but your cat is welcome here. I am an easy going, open minded person who’s a visual effects artist working for films and musically inclined , I love cooking and have many cool recipes, movies, stories and good tunes to share.
