Seeking 2 roommates to share a three bedroom apartment in 28 Helen ave., Brantford, Ontario.

I am a 54 year old man. I have a 5 year old female cocker spaniel, spaded and vet checked. I also have two senior female cats. Both are spaded and vet checked.

I am a non drinker and only use my prescriptions and pot. Anything other than these will not be tolerated.

Rooms are unfurnished. Includes: wifi and shared common areas, kitchen, living room, balcony. Must provide personal items, food, and anything you wish to own or use.

Asking $625.00 monthly plus last months deposit per room, single occupancy. Additional $50.00 for key and fob if not previously owned. $50.00 fee for key and fob is refundable once returned to main office.

As this is my home i am sharing, i am looking for chemistry between us and not just someone to fill the rooms.
