The property is a modern, clean and well-furnished three-story townhouse on a quiet street off of Bloor in the High Park Area. Situated directly between Lansdowne Station and the Bloor UP station, with cafes, FreshCo, No Frills, Loblaws, LCBO and much more nearby, this place is about comfortable living and easy access.

The existing two tenants are young professionals and business partners, who work full time and make use of the den and garage as an office in off-hours.

We are interested in a third person that appreciates cleanliness and organization, but also enjoys having fun.

We enjoy doing Costco runs to keep food costs low, weekly wing nights, occasional roommate meals and entertaining friends from time to time. Otherwise, we’re in the den working hard on the businesses or at work.
