Living room/kitchen on lower level & bedrooms, laundry and bathroom upstairs. Lots of windows throughout. There are community garden beds for the complex right behind my unit so that’s a plus too.

Great location just off the Whitemud, 5 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall, easy access to Anthony Henday and there’s a bus stop at the front of the building. Walking distance to some nice river valley trails.

I have a cat (Coco), she’s really sweet, doesn’t scratch or bite but she doesn’t get along with other cats. A dog would be ok ($25/mnth pet fee)

I’m looking for a roommate who is employed, reliable, and clean. No cigarettes inside. Before the lease is signed, the apartment management will need references and proof of income to approve you

I’m an introvert who likes hiking, art, and hockey. I work FT in childcare. 420 friendly.
