I have one unfurnished room for rent in the rolling meadows area of Thorold available August 1, 2023. Its a 3 bedroom townhouse, looking for someone to share it with myself and one other person (1 male and 1 female). Looking for a clean, quiet mature professional.

Rent is $650 per month and includes all utilities, internet and parking. Bathroom, kitchen and common areas are all shared.

Must provide the following:

• 6 month lease

• proof of employment (paystub or letter)

• proof of full vaccination

• first and last month’s rent

Great location, 10-15 min drive to anywhere in niagara, on Hwy 58 and Lundy’s Lane. Its a new area, so public transit isn’t accessible.
