Hi , I’m looking for a roommate for a studio , it’s in downtown, guy Concordia metro station, everything is nearby, the building has a gym and pool and beautiful terrace and the rent would be 500$ approx and the apartment is unfurnished but I’m planning on furnishing it as soon as possible. I’m looking for a female roommate as most of the time I lived with guys , they usually tend to mess up the situation with cleanness, It has a dishwasher, balcony, stove, oven, coffe maker, sandwich maker and an extra queen size mattress

I’m doing my post graduation and working part time at Amazon and not at home most of the time, I only get some rest on the weekends after my morning online classes
