About the room
$750 a month including utilities (except cable)+internet for a large, spacious studio room for rent in a clean, cozy house in Meadowlark. Right across from all amenities and right near WEM. Bus stop in front. There is also a large backyard with a covered deck, pond, firepit amd garden for the summertime!:) This is a home that is shared with two other women and Mr. Smee the bulldog:) Being a dog lover is a must:D Smoking is permitted outside only, sorry! Damage deposit is half a month’s rent. Would prefer a roommate that works out of town but will consider the right person regardless!
About the roomies
1st roomie is Liz the landlord, (me haha)a festival vendor and small business owner. I mostly craft and clean and spend time with my Boyfriend and pup. I like chill vibes and sitting in the sunshine. 2nd roommate is another mid 30s female who is a clean and quiet energy healer <3
