Jane's room

This is a temporary rental - available September to April 1st. The room comes furnished or unfurnished. If you would like it furnished there’s a twin bed, TV, Google chrome device, closet and dresser. There’s a decent size fenced back yard with a trampoline and a deck with a bbq. Bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs - kitchen, laundry, dining area and living room are upstairs. We are close to the Tim Hortons on 8th street, and the bus stop is a 7 to 10 minute walk from our house. The property isn’t pet friendly. I do not allow alcohol, drugs, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs inside our home. Must be a clean and sober individual.

I live here, my husband works out of town and only comes home on some weekends. I share custody with my two children, ages 5 and 3, so they will be here for one week on, one week off. Must be okay around children and their playing, fighting and noises. My boys aren’t the quietest :). I am pregnant, and due in April, so that is why it is a short term rental. I am a very friendly person, I just expect my room mate to clean up after themselves. This is a huge deal for me as I do not like cleaning up other peoples messes!
