Located in the Essence at Windermere building on the second floor (there is a balcony). The room has a large window and large closet for storage. The unit comes with a storage room for extra boxes that can be shared. There is a bus stop across the street. Located near Currents shopping area with several grocery stores and other shops. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub mix which will be for private use, as I will have an ensuite. The kitchen is large and has lots of storage for dishes and such, and also has a dishwasher. The whole place has been deep cleaned by myself, and I recently changed all the lightbulbs to daylight ones (for the dark winter months). Apologies for the messy photos, I am currently using the other room as a study space and I have been unpacking boxes for a couple weeks now but have been caught up in school to really unpack it all.

It is just myself in the apartment right now. I am 23 years old and am currently attending the University of Alberta for my after-degree in education. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I graduated from Mount Royal University in 2020 with a bachelor of science, majoring in cellular and molecular biology. I am in a long distance relationship so I won’t be bringing people over, unless it is for a finals cram session.
