Located across the street from the elbow river with easy access to MacLeod Trail. This is a ground floor unit that’s walking distance to a Safeway and shoppers. The room will include electricity, water, heat, and internet with parking at an extra cost of $85 a month.

I am quiet and clean. I go to Mount Royal for physical literacy and will be there most days until pretty late into the afternoon.

I like getting out of the house to go hiking or really any kind of nature based activity. I’m interested in picking up cooking as a hobby, specifically interested in dry aging and sous vide at the moment.

I don’t care if you bring people over so long as there’s a common sense decision about how loud to be. Other students would be preferred but I’m okay with anyone, any gender, and any sexuality, student or not. All I ask is that there’s a common respect for each other’s space and needs.

The apartments are strictly no pets, so while I love animals this isn’t the room for you if you own some.
