It is a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in Grimsby. There is a shared bathroom, living space, kitchen. Laundry machine and dryer in apartment. The room you will be staying in is already furnished. The property has a backyard, front yard, parking space. The property is located beside a convenience store , pizza place, also just a small walk away from a private beach.

I currently live on my own with 2 adorable cats who are super affectionate , perfect around other animals and children. I keep my house clean and tidy , currently a supervisor at My Custom Sports Chair. I don’t have many people over so it will be very peaceful and quite. There is an older lady who lives underneath me. I do vape, smoke cannabis but cigarettes are not allowed indoors.
