Bedroom is on lower level of my home, guaranteeing your privacy.

Street parking is available and bus stop is less than a block away. Home is on a quiet, family oriented street.

Casino and lounge are right around the corner, with mall shopping being a 5 min drive away.

There are two adults in the home, both whom are gainfully employed.

I don’t smoke or party, though will have an occasional drink in a social setting.

We are both friendly and outgoing. We would enjoy having a like minded person, gainfully employed or a full time student make our home their home as well.

Space is not ideal for work-from-home employment.

We have pets in the home so must be ok with animals.
