Looking for female flatmate(s) (1 or 2) We are looking for female flatmate(s) to share a 2-bedroom basement with us. The place is close to Seneca Newnham and Markham campuses. Please find the specifications below:
Rent: 630 CAD (for single sharing)/ 370 CAD per person (for double sharing). Utilities extra.
2 bedrooms, one bathroom bedroom for rent is unfurnished 400 CAD per person SECURITY DEPOSIT required. We are looking for people to rent the room for minimum 6 MONTHS.
Utilities: Washer & dryer, Electric cooking range, microwave, fridge (~80-100 CAD which will be shared amongst flatmates) • WiFi - Tenants to bear set up cost and monthly cost as per the internet plan to be availed.
