Amina's room

Two rooms available in a townhouse in Lowertown, Ottawa for October 1st. The house has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Both rooms are furnished. The person who takes the basement suite will have their own bathroom (the washroom also has laundry equipment so it won’t be completely private, but the bathroom will be for your sole regular use). The person who takes the other room will share a large washroom with two sinks with one other person. The unit includes in-unit laundry and a dishwasher.

We have two parking spaces, one in a covered garage and one in the driveway. Neither of the current residents have cars so both spaces are available for your use.

One of the current residents has allergies, so no pets are allowed.

Cost breakdown: Rent: $750/month per room Utilities: Variable, but they average at $400/month, so it should work out to $100 per person per month Internet: TBD, probably around 15-25 per person Snow clearing services: $100 annually

We currently have two roommates on the lease, we are both young, professional women in our late twenties/mid-thirties. We’re both introverted, quiet and clean and looking for two women to join us on the lease. Students are welcome, but we’d prefer to live with folks who already have experience living with roommates and who are in a similar stage of life.
