Looking for one quiet and respectful female roommate for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 800+ sqf condo. Huge balcony. Room furnished and utilities and amenities included (unlimited wifi, access to concierge, gym, pool). Private bathroom with bathtub and shared kitchen and living room, laundry ensuite.

5 min walk to bloor-yonge station and many grocery stores located close by within a few minutes walk. Non-smokers only. I’d like someone who can clean up after themselves, especially for shared spaces.

You will be sharing with one person (me) and one cat. I’m female and in my 20s. Easy-going, quiet and respectful. I mostly keep to myself, but I’m open to hanging out. I tend to be home frequently.
