Ramin's room

I have one large room available for rent as of December 25th, 2022 in my furnished apartment. The room is large, bright and clean. It measures 4.6m x 4m (15’ x 13’) with a window facing north (the backyard). The room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom! The rent is $470 per month which includes all utilities and high speed Internet (so you don’t pay anything extra).

The apartment is suitably made for sharing: three bathrooms, large kitchen, two fridges, stove, washer and dryer. The house is located in a quiet street across a metro station on the green line with quick access to the downtown, UQAM, McGill and Concordia universities.

I am a middle-aged professional man running a busy life. I am into arts: photography, video and poetry and, have made a few documentaries. I also speak French though not fluently. The other roommates are currently two young women (professional / student).
