guests allowed, but no loud parties - kids live upstairs.

must be okay with cats as there is a medium haired EXTREMELY friendly female cat in the apartment. when i say extremely friendly i mean she will fall in love with you and you will fall in love with her. congrats on your new step-cat!

kitchenette including: stove top, toaster oven, microwave, blender, grill, coffee machine. dining room setting (table and two chairs). driveway and walk area shovelled in winter.

own private bathroom ensuite. sink, toilet, bath/shower. bedroom comes with single bed, desk and chair, lamp, closet with floor length door mirrors.
