TWO female roommates wanted for October 1st. Rooms are fully furnished (no bed linens), you will be sharing a large and clean bathroom and it is ALL INCLUSIVE (Internet, Hydro, Water, Gas)

Bedroom #1 ($725): It is the same size (however it looks larger), comes with a tv and a larger closet. Double bed. (Pink room)

Bedroom #2 ($700): Looks smaller, comes with a bit of a smaller closet and no TV. Double bed. (Pictures will be posted tonight).

The townhouse is located in Barrhaven, very close to the Vimy Ridge Bridge/Riverside South. Close to all amenities, bus stops and the highway. There is parking available at no extra cost. You will have full use of the house, two common areas, a large kitchen, storage rooms and the backyard.

No pets. No smoking indoors. No parties. First and last months rent required. Please message me for more information.

I am a young, working professional. I work close to home. I have 3 cats and a large, friendly German Shepherd puppy. So you must love pets! I am quiet, I love to cook, watch movies and stay active.
