(Present tenant, a business student has decided to stay until the end of August, 2023.) Share main floor kitchen and laundry machines with one other person in totally renovated house. Quiet residence for student intent on studying here and partying else where. Looking for a responsible, non-smoker/toker who cleans up after their self and chips in with household chores, like vacuuming and snow shovelling. Wash their own dishes manually. Parking on the street and plug in at back of garage for really cold winter nights. Located across the river from UofA, west of Groat Road, with direct and indirect buses to university, Grant McEwan downtown and West Edmonton Mall. 20 to 25 minutes straight travel time on buses to reach any one of these 4 destinations. (The postal code is wrong as the system won’t recognize the real code.) Need not be a full time student nor even a student just responsible, considerate and clean. No substance users. Period. No tobacco, cannabis or alcohol, or any other substances permitted on premises including outside. Two episodes of substance induced behaviour resulting in persons arrested for attempted break-ins of neighbouring homes believing it was theirs.) Maximum stay 8 to 12 months and up to 24 if get along. And due to other past episodes, please no trades apprentices.

Will be sharing kitchen with one other person - the home owner. Am respectful, responsible, (bills always paid on time), more of an introvert but still capable and enjoyable of conversation.
