If you need parking it will be extra depending on either unground parking or surface parking. Room has its own bathroom (detached). Common areas(kitchen/living room) are shared. Easily accessible bus service right outside of apartment as well. All amenities (superstore, shoppers, Starbucks, and much more) just 2 minutes drive away. Only 10 mins away from South common and very close to the highway as well. Good trails nearby for walking/running/cycling. Building has it own gym and social room. Gym is accessible to everyone for free until certain time in the day. Possibly looking for someone until end of November, but if you want to stay longer you certainly can. My lease is over in November so if interested, can definitely take over the lease. Only thing you need when you move In is your bedroom and bathroom essentials.

Hey there! I am 25 year old working professional. I am looking for someone who can possibly take over my lease from November. But at the moment if that’s not possible im looking for someone atleast for 6 months to share a apartment with 2 bed 2 bath. I am quite and I prefer someone who would be not as loud and respectful of the privacy . I am a clean person, so I would appreciate someone who would also be responsible enough and clean.
