Townhouse is three floors with back private patio, new central air just installed. Situated close to all transport hubs including the new REM. Park is open space in back (public) and pool (private) with life guard on duty is available in summer just steps away from our patio yard. Community or complex is a friendly and family oriented. Sports complexes and shopping centers are easily accessible. Valois TRAM station Hudson Dorion / Lussien Lallier within 10 mins walking distance. Parking is available upon request. STM bus services 203 , 209 run on schedule considering rerouting and construction or maintenance. Lots of green spaces and a short walk to lake St Louis. Nature Community and accessibility all rolled into one.

This household is a quiet family two girls both in school. I the renter I’m a recently widowed father of these beautiful girls. Thus the female only room. I also work in transport warehouse logistics, e commerce and manufacturing, and seek educational endeavors. We (our family) continue to lay forth new relationships in our community and are very modern opened minded. Neighbors here are fantastic which helps a tremendous amount to bridge these gaps.
