About the room
Hello future roomie, I have a fully furnished room available to rent, close to Erindale park, Mississauga and short distance from UTM (available from Nov 1st). Queen size bed, ready to work from home set up. I can do short term rental as well (min. 6months). I prefer Female. There are 1.5 washrooms (shared with me), kitchen and other areas are all shared.All included, parking can be discussed.

I own this property and I am currently living here, hence I expect maintaining basic hygiene and clean space.
