The unit is very bright ad modern, recently renovated with remote-controlled temperature and very high ceilings. The room in question has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the house is fully furnished.

There is one roommate who is a student at UofT, so looking for preferably another student. The neighborhood is very young with a lot of things to do and everything in walking distance. One short bus to Ryerson and not far from UofT either.
